Hi, my name is Frank Murphy, and I was born and raised in Park Slope, Brooklyn, and I always say I grew up in the greatest neighborhood in the city. When I was growing up, there were no Real Estate offices. If you were looking for an apartment, it was all word of mouth. You either went up to the neighborhood bar, put the word out you were looking for a place, or just walked around the neighborhood on a Saturday. The landlords would pull the drapes back and you would look into a vacant apartment, go inside and inquire about the rental. Apartments were $100 per room, PERIOD!!, That's just the way it was. From the 80's on the demographics of the city started to change and it came to the point that I could not afford to live in  the neighborhood that I was born and raised, I was moved out by the housing market!! I moved down to what is called Kensington, 2 stops further on the subway, and in 3 years I was priced out of there!! Prices for a 1 bedroom doubled and doubled again in about 10 years! All my money was going to the landlord to live in the city I love. I tried to get into a rent controlled apartment, but that wasn't happening. Then I stumbled across a great secret in this city! I will tell you now, that everything we are going to send you already exists and can be found, IF YOU KNOW WHERE TO LOOK!! You can either exhaust yourself, while you are paying astronomical rents, or send away for our packet. You will see that you can live in this city for a fair rent. When we say fair, We're talking about studios ranging from $500- $650. One bedrooms ranging from $650-$900. Two bedrooms ranging from $850- $1200, ALL IN DESIREABLE NEIGHBORHOODS!! You need to do what we did, a total paradigm shift in how to go about looking for a place to live. In fact just for making the decision to try something else, WE'LL GIVE YOU ONE TIP FOR FREE!! Just email us at NYRentalToday@aol.com.  The strategy we're going to give you is not gold, and not for everybody, but it's FREE, and  hopefully it will get you thinking differently, and actually might be exactly what you are looking for. Thank you very much for visiting this site, and we strongly suggest you order our Rental Information Packet and stop being owned by the landlord.

Hi, my name is Josh Harris and I made the great City of New York my home in 1996 right after College. It was the greatest feeling in the world when I became a New Yorker. I moved into Park Slope and got into the pulse of a great neighborhood and my situation was similar to Frank's, however I moved the other way, to Fort Greene, Brooklyn and the same thing happened there! My lease expired and the landlord was going to raise my rent $350 per month. he said he was being generous, because he said he could actually get $500 more per month!! (I was paying $950 at the time). Frank and I had run into each other in a bagel shoppe in Park Slope and we both said there has to be a better way. And YES, there is a better way! And that's what we're going to share with you! I still live in Fort Greene, 1 block from the Lafayette stop on the C train, 2 blocks from Atlantic and Flatbush, and I walk 3 blocks across Flatbush and I'm back in good ole Park Slope. I pay less than $800 per month, 1.5 blocks from where my "generous landlord" was raising my rent $350! You need to get the rental information packet we've put together and live in this town at a fair rent!
